Our Classic Kaoliang is made from 100% Australian Red Sorghum and a specialized imported Chinese Baijiu Yeast. At the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards in Adelaide, our Classic Kaoliang was awarded Australia’s first ever gold medal for Baijiu. We are really proud of this achievement as our characteristic and special Baijiu taste has taken years to develop. Our Classic Kaoliang is smooth with a hint of natural sweetness derived from the sorghum grain.
