American and French Oak Kaoliang

We have taken our Classic Kaoliang Baijiu and aged it in American and French Oak Barrels for no less than 6 months. This Barrel aged Baijiu is for those who like an extra dimension of character, flavor and sweetness. Some would say it’s inbetween a Baijiu and Whisky and is the perfect gateway for Baijiu and Whisky lovers to cross over. The American Oak imparts a strong, sweet & creamy finish, whereas the French Oak’s sweetness is more reserved with a pronounced “spiciness.”
